Terms and Conditions

Introduction:

1.1 These terms and conditions govern the relationship between F1 Painting
Company, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," and the customer
engaging in house painting services, hereinafter referred to as "the
Client."

Quotations and Estimates:

2.1 All quotations and estimates provided by F1 Painting Company are based
on the information provided by the Client. The final pricing may be subject
to change if unforeseen circumstances or additional requirements arise
during the project.

Payment Terms:

3.1 A deposit of 25% of the total estimated cost is required before the
commencement of any work.

3.2 The balance of the payment is due upon completion of the painting
project.

3.3 Payments can be made by [accepted payment methods].

3.4 Late payments may be subject to interest charges of [percentage]% per
month.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

4.1 The Client may cancel or reschedule the painting project by providing

Access to Property:

7.1 The Client agrees to provide F1 Painting Company with access to the
property during agreed-upon working hours.

7.2 The Client is responsible for removing any valuable or delicate items
from the work areas.

Insurance:

8.1 F1 Painting Company carries liability insurance to cover any damages to
the property caused by the Company's work.

8.2 The Client is responsible for maintaining their own insurance coverage
for their property.

Completion Time-frame:

9.1 F1 Painting Company will make reasonable efforts to complete the
painting project within the agreed-upon timeframe.

9.2 Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances may extend the completion
date, and F1 Painting Company will communicate such delays to the Client.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

10.1 F1 Painting Company strives to ensure customer satisfaction. If the
Client is not satisfied with the completed work, the Company will make
reasonable efforts to address and rectify any issues.

Warranty:

11.1 F1 Painting Company provides a [number]-year warranty on its painting
services, covering defects in workmanship.

Dispute Resolution:

12.1 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved
through negotiation between the parties.

Governing Law:
